What this analysis checks
Preserves empty records and all original fields. Checks headers, structure, missing fields, duplicates, missing-data placeholders, mixed types, basic email format and ISO dates. Identifiers with leading zeros and numbers outside the safe range stay as text.
Record numbers include the header when present. A quoted field with line breaks belongs to one record. Dates without a timezone are compared as UTC. Potential sensitive-data detection checks column names only; it does not certify anonymization, privacy or compliance.
A file alone does not define primary keys, allowed values, relationships, business rules or freshness requirements. This profile does not replace schema validation or quality controls designed for your system.
